HOW TO GET YOUR FREE COPY OF THE NEXT BOOK

I am so sorry it took so long to get you a free copy of my next book as promised, by me, at the end of THE OLD MAN AND THE WASTELAND.  Short explanation:  My agent and publisher did not want FIGHT THE ROOSTER released before the next two sequels to THE OLD MAN AND THE WASTELAND.  So, my intention is to give you the next book due out, THE SAVAGE BOY, October 22nd 2012, for free.  I have been keeping a list of those who took the time to review and I think it’s mostly complete.  If you did leave a review on Amazon, or any site, please drop me a note on the contact form at the front page of this site and I’ll make sure your name is on the list.  In the body of the form let me know where I can find your review and what name you left it under.  I really appreciate the reviews all of you have left.  I listened to all of your comments and I hope you find their fruits in the next book.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,

Nick

    Nick,
Hello, I enjoyed “The Old Man and The Wasteland” very much! Definitely reminded me of the “The Old Man and The Sea” by Ernest Hemingway, which I’m also an enthusiastic fan of. I look forward to reading “Fight The Rooster” when it becomes available? Would love to read your next book and be one of the first 100 readers to receive a free copy?
“The Old Man and The Wasteland” had a statement on page 85/location-1277 in there saying, “DON’T LET ANYONE BUT A SOLDIER TELL YOU HOW TO FIGHT A WAR”. That meaning holds so true! I’m currently deployed forward overseas right now in the desert and it really makes an impact in light of the current events here.
Thanks Nick and keep up the great writing!

    Respectfully,
    Chris M. Edwards

“Marred only slightly by some line level editing issues, this self published short novel was a very enjoyable read. Hemingway’s classic is both a frame around and a character in this book, set with parts of the post apocalyptic bleakness of The Road and hints of the humor of Fallout. Recommended.”
